Commercial Services
Our Commercial Services Division, headed by our Technical Director, Richard Craig, was established in 1997 in response to enquiries from Managing Agents seeking a Professional Project Managed Service for Larger-Scale replacement window projects.
Over the last 12 years, the service has developed into a mature service operating from three regional offices - London, Birmingham and York. Each office is headed by a Senior Project Manager, responsible to our Technical Director at Head Office.
The preliminary service, like the Residential Services, is FREE OF CHARGE. Our initial time investment involves an initial site visit with a Client Representative to discuss general proposals and general advice concerning Tender Documentation, Specification, Local Authority Planning and Health & Safety issues.
Depending on the Client's Project status, we are able to offer an assessment of provided Architects Plans and a Schedule of Works developed by our Senior Project Manager, based on Plans provided. Tender Documentation can be submitted to suitable registered manufacturers and installers on a no obligation basis and as a sealed-bid tender. This service is free of charge to the Client. Should a bid be accepted by the client, our service will charge a fee to the winning contractor. Fees depend on size of contract and appropriate engagement of our services. Proposed fees will be discussed with the Client on a Project-by-Project basis.
