We aim to provide a first-class service to Home Improvers and we are committed to ensuring the complete success of the service for all parties, including all users, companies, services and participating affiliates and National Replacement Window Advisory Service (NRWAS). Using this service acknowledges that you will read and accept the following terms & conditions of use.

1.0 General

1.1 It is the customer's responsibility to select a company or service and whilst NRWAS will endeavour to assist the customer to select the most appropriate product or service for their project, final negotiations with any company or service selected is the responsibility of the customer.

1.2 NRWAS relies on information and advice provided by customers and subsequent introductions or advice is given on that basis and in good faith.

1.3 Customers must carry out due diligence and responsibility to ensure that information provided to NRWAS or companies or services is accurate and honest.

1.4 NRWAS can not accept responsibility for the performance of any company or service selected by the customer or the standard of the work or service provided or any error or omission which is the responsibility of the participating company or service.

1.5 Any claim made regarding or against any company or service introduced through this service must be pursued independently of NRWAS and such claims or actions made against companies or service are to be made to specifically exclude NRWAS.

2.0 Privacy

3.0 Guarantees

3.1 Whilst NRWAS has copies of all company or service guarantee and whilst these have been reviewed and meet our terms & conditions of participation, NRWAS can not be held responsible for company or service guarantee statements, errors, omissions or updated versions of provided guarantees.

3.2 NRWAS relies on the integrity of companies and suppliers and their supply of and fulfilment of guarantees provided. We can not be held responsible for the non-performance of companies or services in relation to this.

3.3 NRWAS confirms that registered companies initiate provision of Insurance-Backed Guarantee (IBG) policies through reputable providers and underwriters of such policies. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that any IBG policy recommended meets the criteria of NRWAS, we can not be held responsible for the non-performance of any provider, insurer or underwriter supplying IBG policies to customers using this service. Certain products and services are exempt from IBG cover. It is the customer's ultimate obligation to check with the contracted supplier that some or all of service guarantees are covered.

4.0 Customer Information

4.1 Customers are responsible for the content and accuracy of information provided to NRWAS or any participating company, service or affiliate.

4.2 Customers undertake to use the service and the services of introduced companies, services or affiliates with due respect, particularly regarding the consideration of the valuable time and resources afforded to customers during communications and procedures carried out for the benefit of customers.

4.3 Customers undertake to advise NRWAS of any order placed with any company or service and to advise NRWAS of company or service rating or satisfaction report requested by NRWAS.

4.4 Customers must not use the Web site or service to publish defamatory, obscene or threatening material or to cause annoyance, inconvenience or un-necessary expense to NRWAS or any company or service participating.

5.0 Rights Of NRWAS

5.1 We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to any customer wishing to use the service as we see fit.

5.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

5.3 With the exception of any death or serious personal injury due to our negligence, any loss or damage arising from the use of this Web site or any loss, damage, loss of money, information, profit or any other pecuniary loss caused by any contract subsequently entered into with any company, service or affiliate introduced, NRWAS accepts no liability for such losses or damages in contract or otherwise.

5.4 NRWAS can not be responsible for customers' direct dealings with any company, service or affiliate and will not be responsible for any dispute or demand made from any party to each other.

5.5 Whilst reasonable care will be taken by NRWAS in the function of this Web site, we can not be held responsible for any information placed or omitted by any customer or any subsequent damage or liability this may cause.

6.0 Termination

6.1 If, in our opinion, any customer is in breach of any part of these terms and conditions or if any customer acts against the interests of NRWAS or any participating company, service or affiliate, we may terminate our service provided to such customer.

6.2 Notice of any termination of contract can be made by e-mail or in writing to either party.

6.3 These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland and all parties participating in this service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts of these countries and provinces.
